* `Body Engraving`: Text/Monogram to engrave on lens body or plate (e.g., Owner Name/ID).
* `Custom Asset Tag ID`: Unique internal barcode/RFID asset code.

Return requirements

* Camera sensor, glass elements, and LCD screen must be free of scratches, smudges, and dust.
* Both SD cards must be fully wiped, formatted, and returned inside the camera slots.
* Both batteries must be returned fully charged along with the dual charger cable.

Pickup requirements

• Government ID required I will present government ID at pickup
• Pickup instruction acknowledgement I agree to the pickup instructions

Cancellation policy

Moderate

• Full refund if cancelled at least 3 days before pickup.
• 2–3 days before pickup: 50% of the contract total is refunded.
• Within 48 hours of pickup: 100% of the contract total is forfeited.
• A 24-hour grace window from confirmation applies for a full refund, but it never extends past pickup. If you book close to pickup, full-refund grace ends at pickup.
