Download the DJI Ronin app on your phone to calibrate and auto-tune the motors after mounting your camera.Ensure your camera is mechanically balanced on all axes before powering on the gimbal to avoid straining the motors.Use the joystick to control panning/tilting, and double-click the trigger to re-center the lens.Keep away from water and dusty environments.

Return requirements

Please return the gimbal powered off and securely packed back into its hardshell carrying case with all cables neatly wrapped. Ensure any camera quick-release plates belong to your camera before leaving. Wipe down the handle with a clean microfiber cloth if it gets smudged.

Cancellation policy

• Full refund if cancelled at least 3 days before pickup.
• 2–3 days before pickup: 50% of the contract total is refunded.
• Within 48 hours of pickup: 100% of the contract total is forfeited.
• A 24-hour grace window from confirmation applies for a full refund, but it never extends past pickup. If you book close to pickup, full-refund grace ends at pickup.
